After a two year break perfecting his sound and music, Rana Sahota is now back with a brand new single titled’ Handbag’. Rana has teamed up with one of India’s finest producers Rupin Kahlon and Lyricist Amrit Mangwalia.
Rana will be releasing ‘Handbag’ in the UK on his very own record label ‘R S Music’ – the track will also be released internationally on Speed Records.
Rana has previously collaborated with the likes of Aman Hayer, PBN, Surinder Rattan & Blitzkreig. In 2014 the track ‘Addi Markhe’ received two nominations at the PTC Music Awards for ‘Best bhangra song of the year and ‘Best folk orientated song’. Rana said ” It was a great honour to be recognised at such a prestigious awards ceremony along side Punjabs finest artists. Over the last two years I have spent a lot of time in Punjab working on making new music and performing live shows.
‘Handbag’ is the first of three singles to be released this year and once again Rana teams up with Aman Hayer for his 2nd single this year which is due to be released in December 2014.
‘Handbag’ is set to be released 31st October 2014 worldwide.
